Delete your Recallab account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the Recallab website or the Android app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
How to delete it
- Sign in at recallab.com or in the Recallab app.
- Open Profile (the person icon, or your email address at the top).
- Scroll to Account and open Delete my account.
- Enter your password, or tap Email me a code instead and type the 6-digit code we send to your account's email. Then type DELETE and press Delete my account.
If you pay for a plan that renews automatically, its renewal must be cancelled first — write to support@recallab.com and we will do it. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can delete your account straight away.
Signed up with Google, or forgotten your password? Use the emailed code: no password is needed. If you cannot sign in at all, write to support@recallab.com from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your account, at once:
- your email address, password and sign-in sessions
- every answer, quiz, mock test result and statistic
- saved questions, bookmarks, learning cards and your revision plan
- your weekly journal, mentor reports and profile details
- your conversations with the AI tutor and the support assistant
- your study-circle answers, comments and messages
What is kept, and why
- Payment records — the amount, date and plan of any payment, which tax law requires us to keep. With your account gone they no longer carry your email address.
- Usage totals — running totals of what the AI features cost us, which hold no content and no contact details.
