INI-CET question bank
14,309 multiple-choice questions covering the INI-CET syllabus, each with a verified answer, an explanation of every option and a reference to a current edition. 10 free a day, no card.
The same bank serves INI-CET and NEET PG, and this page says so plainly rather than implying a separate product. The two examinations share a syllabus; they differ in pattern, in pacing and in how few seats they compete for.
What INI-CET asks for
INI-CET is conducted by AIIMS for admission to the Institutes of National Importance. It competes for a much smaller pool of seats than NEET PG, which is what makes it feel sharper, and it leans further towards applied reasoning — a clinical stem where the recall is assumed and the discrimination is in the reasoning on top of it.
That is an argument for explanation quality rather than for question volume. A bank that gives you the key and moves on trains recognition. One that explains why each of the other three options fails trains the discrimination the paper is actually testing.

How it compares with NEET PG
NEET PG is the single entrance examination for postgraduate medical admission in India, run by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. The paper is 180 questions in 3 hours 30 minutes, delivered as five sections of 36 questions with roughly 42 minutes each. The sections lock: once you submit one you cannot go back to it, so pacing is part of the exam rather than a detail around it.
Marking is +4 for a correct answer, −1 for a wrong one and 0 for a blank, and the result is reported as a percentile rather than a raw score.
INI-CET runs to its own pattern and its own calendar. Because the underlying syllabus is the same, preparing properly for one is most of the preparation for the other — which is why this bank does not split itself in two.
Common questions
Is INI-CET harder than NEET PG?
It is a different examination rather than a harder one. INI-CET is run by AIIMS for the INI institutes, competes for far fewer seats, and leans further towards applied reasoning — but it draws on the same syllabus.
Do I need a separate question bank for INI-CET?
No. The syllabus is shared, so a question that teaches a concept properly serves both examinations. What differs is the pattern and the pacing, not the medicine.
Is this bank written specifically for INI-CET?
It is written for both. All 14,309 questions carry a verified answer, an explanation of every option and a current-edition reference; none of that is specific to one exam board.
