Ten questions a day are free forever on a free account, with no card. Everything below is about removing that cap and adding modes.

Your allowance
On the free plan the header shows how many questions are left today, and the count resets daily. On a paid plan it shows Premium instead. Either way it is in the same place, so you never have to go looking for it.
